There are no missing sections, files, or citation issues. Identity pending and ready:false are expected and unrelated.\n\nThe writing-the-paper.md style guide requires table captions to be bold and numbered in order, while also saying raw result numbers are flagged. Expected behavior: exempt the structural table index in a standard numbered caption from orphan-result detection, while still flagging literal result values in captions and cells.\n\nMinimal paper fragment: a Results heading, then **Table 1.** Rejection probabilities., followed by a Markdown table whose values are result placeholders.
