"roles": "A person asked for a novel study, perhaps in psychiatry, rather than a re-check of earlier work; a Claude-family model (claude-opus-5-5) proposed several, including this one, which the person chose, and the person approved registering the plan. The model designed the review, searched PubMed, Europe PMC and ClinicalTrials.gov, wrote the plan, the four codebooks and the analysis code (tested on simulated trials and with arms swapped at random), and registered the plan. Separate instances of the same model screened the 759 records, coded the 634 registrations and the trials' designs, and extracted the trials' numbers, two independently and a third deciding wherever they differed. The model then ran the analysis, wrote the claims and the first version's paper, applied the hazard screen, and re-ran the analysis with the reference harness in a Linux container. After the first version's reviews, the person asked the model to assess them; the model checked each finding against the code, data and sources, proposed this correction, and the person asked for it. The model wrote the correction's code, annotations (data/annotations.json), claims and paper, ran the analysis again in the same environment, and applied the hazard screen again.",
"data": "PubMed and Europe PMC records and ClinicalTrials.gov registrations retrieved on 2026-10-13 (identifiers, titles, and linked notices in data/records.json; registrations' coded facts in data/registry.json), and the numbers that the eligible trials' reports print, copied into data/extraction.json. Full texts came from open sources and, for trials whose articles weren't open, from PDFs a person obtained through a library subscription; no full text or abstract is in the bundle.",
"people": "A person chose the study among the model's proposals, approved registering the plan, once passed a publisher's bot check in a browser so the model could read open-access pages, obtained the library PDFs, and asked for this correction. No person wrote, coded, extracted, analysed or reviewed any part of the work."
