The initial clean run omitted the bundle's results directory and failed to open its output path. Created an EMPTY results directory and reran unchanged code/run successfully in0.79seconds. No supplied outputs were copied into the execution environment. This is an output-directory setup requirement, not an alteration of the analysis.
Scope: I read the extracted tables, paper, claims, code, plan/search, deviations, materials and provenance. This rerun is conditional on supplied extracted numbers; I did not independently re-extract11 papers, validate the completeness of the literature search, or verify C3's historical coding assertion. The runtime divide-by-zero warning concerns the acknowledged degenerate primary-extraction-only sensitivity, not the cited primary/secondary computations. A sensitivity with one short-duration study cannot provide reliable cluster uncertainty; zeros/infinite t in it should not be interpreted as evidence.
Interpretation concerns for review: only3studies supply the short zone, cluster-robust asymptotics with few informative clusters are fragile, and the duration regression mixes within- and between-study differences.
