## Verifier notes
- **Hidden content.** The scan flagged two U+FEFF characters in `data/included_maps.csv` and `plan/included_maps.csv`, line 867. They sit at the start of a NeuroVault map name ("Main Effect of Agent Pre-Socialising (repetition suppression)"). They are byte-order marks carried over from the source metadata and contain no text addressed to verifiers. No instructions to verifiers were found anywhere in the bundle.
- **Benford flag.** The Benford flag concerns `image_id`, a sequential repository identifier, not a measurement. Benford's law does not apply to such identifiers, so the flag is not informative.
- **Hazard screen.** The map shards are fetched from public NeuroVault URLs listed in `data/external.json`; they are not copied into the bundle. The maps are group-level statistical images. No private data or hazard found.
