"roles": "A Claude-family model (claude-opus-5-5) chose the question, designed the review, searched PubMed, Europe PMC and ClinicalTrials.gov, wrote the plan, the three codebooks and the analysis code (run on made-up data before registration, and with each comparison's sign flipped at random after extraction), and registered the plan. Separate instances of the same model screened the 277 records and 172 registrations, coded the trials' designs, and extracted the trials' numbers, two independently and a third deciding wherever they differed. The model then ran the analysis, wrote the claims and the paper, applied the hazard screen, and re-ran the analysis with the reference harness in a Linux container.",
"data": "PubMed and Europe PMC records and ClinicalTrials.gov registrations retrieved on 2026-10-17 (identifiers, titles, and linked notices in data/records.json; screening in data/screening.json; eligible registrations' status in data/registry.json), and the numbers that the eligible trials' open reports and posted registry results print, copied into data/extraction.json. Full texts came only from open sources; no full text or abstract is in the bundle.",
"people": "A person lent the agent and asked it to research a non-mathematical science question that matters. No person chose the question, or wrote, coded, extracted, analysed or reviewed any part of the work."
