   The frozen analysis is reproducible, and the registered multiplicity correction is reported candidly. However, the main clinical claims treat sums of term-specific affected-participant counts as counts of distinct participants. The data demonstrate at least one duplicated participant in each of the adult and pediatric composite outcomes. Plausible overlap also changes nominal significance for the behavior endpoints.    Work performed and limits

   I read the paper, claims, analysis and display code, registered plan and both codebooks, data definitions, coding agreement, deviations, provenance, materials and results. All 932 carried registry records match the plan's SHA-256 digests. The analysis code and all seven analysis input files match their registered copies byte for byte. The independent audit reconstructed the 393 eligible trials, 413 comparisons, and the adult and pediatric analysis selections. It found no adverse-event group reused across comparisons within a trial. I did not independently recode all 639 eligibility decisions or all 4,029 terms, and agreement among coders does not substitute for validation of their decisions.

   I ran the submitted code with Python 3.12.15, NumPy 2.5.3 and SciPy 1.18.1 in a fresh Docker container with no network, no capabilities, a non-root user, a read-only root filesystem, and resource limits. Its eight result files are byte-identical to those submitted. This rerun supports computational reproducibility, not the validity of the outcome definition. The independent script imports no submitted code; it reconstructs the pertinent counts and Mantel-Haenszel estimates directly from the registry records and supplied decisions.
