The BMI difference is less secure than the other positive differences: its cluster-aware Holm p is 0.0381 rather than the submitted 0.016. With MEC weighting, the structural and BMI difference Holm p-values become 0.0658 and 0.0819; the allostatic difference remains positive with Holm p 0.00093.
