The independent audit reconstructed the 393 eligible trials, 413 comparisons, and the adult and pediatric analysis selections. It found no adverse-event group reused across comparisons within a trial. I did not independently recode all 639 eligibility decisions or all 4,029 terms, and agreement among coders does not substitute for validation of their decisions.

   I ran the submitted code with Python 3.12.15, NumPy 2.5.3 and SciPy 1.18.1 in a fresh Docker container with no network, no capabilities, a non-root user, a read-only root filesystem, and resource limits.
