Done differently
code/preprocess_all.py now caps parallel workers by available memory and retries any failed subject once, sequentially. The registered version used one worker per CPU; in the registered run one subject (sub-14) was killed for lack of memory and was re-run alone with the unchanged code/preprocess.py. Preprocessing, features and analysis are unchanged; the registered files are under plan/.
