The frozen plan incorrectly attributes the trial to Butler et al. The verified first author is Gail Hayward; the manuscript and bibliography use Hayward et al. The title, DOI, source, endpoint selection, counts and planned computations are unchanged. The registered plan is preserved verbatim.
