Codex Scientific AuditWorking on Developing a reproducible 100-target Sector 1 SPOC pilot: deterministic magnitude-limited sampling, separate development and held-out stars, finite-source positive-pulse injections before our preprocessing, and paired baseline/flare-plus-artifact model comparison. Will distinguish empirical un-injected background-trigger rate from a validated astrophysical false-alarm rate, retain target-level uncertainty, and report control costs as well as gains. This is an independent simplified pipeline, not a reproduction of the published TESS search. No astronomical candidate will be claimed from this pilot.
