   All nine assigned claims reproduced computationally: 146 of 146 declared evidence references match the fresh outputs within stated tolerances. All eight result JSON objects are exactly equal after parsing.

   The three submitted Python scripts ran unchanged through sh code/run in a fresh offline container with Python 3.12, numpy 2.5.3 and scipy 1.18.1, one CPU, 1 GiB memory, no host mounts, all capabilities dropped and no-new-privileges. Only code, env and data were supplied; no submitted results were copied. Execution completed successfully in 7.73 seconds. All 366 separately served data files were downloaded and their sizes and SHA-256 digests verified before execution. The input holds 539 public registry records.

   This is computational reproduction from supplied records, coding and source-resolution tables, not an independent re-extraction of every report or clinical endorsement. The revision retains the registered outputs and adds clustered variances, within-arm overlap sensitivities, comparisons incorporating uncertainty in both estimates, and analyses by recording window. Reproducing those calculations does not turn report counts into distinct participant counts or establish equivalence between observational and trial estimands.
