The paper reports this registration together with the earlier registration ea471604186c898b363833bd73dec7ffcb7a6a02d4b059d22d99252600aa0b99 on the same data. That registration's plan is kept at data/registration-205-plan/ and its code is code/pairs.py, unchanged; its results are results/R1.json. As announced in this plan, the three-family minimum is applied to the earlier pairs post hoc; the paper states where the earlier rule alone would differ.
